The above verse was my idea/inspiration for this necklace, from the poem "Stray Birds" by Rabindranath Tagore.
....For it is only something beautiful and pure, is not scared to be mistaken for something else....
"I am ashamed of my emptiness," said the Word to the Work. "I know how poor I am when I see you," said the Work to the Word. R.T.

"STRAY BIRDS" COLLECTION
My first inspiration is Rabindranath Tagore, 1861-1941, he was a Bengali poet, novelist, musician, painter and playwright. One of the poems by Tagore, called "Stray Birds," is a combination of separate verses in one poem. Some of my favorite verses will each be a jewelry piece.
