#48: The stars are not afraid to appear like fireflies.

The above verse was my idea/inspiration for this necklace, from the poem "Stray Birds" by Rabindranath Tagore.
....For it is only something beautiful and pure, is not scared to be mistaken for something else....

"STRAY BIRDS" COLLECTION

My first inspiration is Rabindranath Tagore, 1861-1941, he was a Bengali poet, novelist, musician, painter and playwright.  One of the poems by Tagore, called "Stray Birds," is a combination of separate verses in one poem.  Some of my favorite verses will each be a jewelry piece.

Here you will find my process of creating my jewelry collections.  Each collection is a separate inspiration, thought, or idea - a separate "word"or "logos".  For, I believe, the work will always be empty without first reason.

Logos (Greek λόγος logos), meaning "word," "speech," "account," or "reason."
